Eat healthy, exercise, sleep well, have medical tests and checkups are some of the ways to ensure you remain healthy. It is possible to keep yourself healthy without complicated workout regimens and expensive medication. The following are some of the ways that are proven to help you live a healthy life:


Yes, laugh to the delight of your heart. You do not need proof of healing powers of laughter; you just know it does wonders. It is able to expand the blood vessels and releases endorphins that activate chemical known as nitric oxide in inner lining of blood vessels. This in turn promotes vascular health.

Work with friends

If you are looking for a job that has health benefits, you need to pay attention to office vibe. Recent studies show that people who are able to get along well with their workmates in a supportive and friendly work environment live longer. However, similar support from your boss does not have any effect on mortality.

A massage is always right and delivers significant benefits for your overall health. Massage therapy is able to low blood pressure, decreases stress hormones, and slows heart rate. Decrease of the stress hormones increases the white blood cells that eliminate bacteria, viruses, and disease causing agents. It would be a good idea to get a massage from the loved ones.
